MEDICAL RECORDS AND BIRTH REGISTRATION |

Medical Records Department as part of hospital's organization is mainly tasked to enhance patient care using data in the medical records of patient and to provide accurate information in a timely manner and at the same time keep all the information strictly confidential in compliance with the Department of Health directives and the law. It uses ICD-10 in its coding system. The Department sees to it that the birth certificates of newly born babies are promptly registered and given to patient on time. |

PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY AND SERVICES |

As a customer-driven organization, JDMH solicits feedback from its patients regularly. This is to find out how patients, (a) perceive the hospital facilities, services, staff expertise, behavior, and (b) indicate their level of satisfaction.
